This Shortcut creates the Long Timer alarm required to trigger the "Long Timer Goes Off" Shortcut.

This Shortcut used to be named “Setup Long Timer” and it now allows you to select which Shortcut to run when the Alarm goes off, and even input optional text to pass onto that Shortcut when it runs.
